3.1 No Financial, Medical, or Legal Advice

Services are informational and educational only. You rely on them at your own risk.

3.2 Recording and Distribution

Recording, copying, reproducing, or distributing sessions/materials without written permission is prohibited.

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

By purchasing services, you agree to pay applicable fees and authorise charges to your payment method. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Consulting/Coaching: no refunds once scheduled; reschedule with at least 48 hours notice
  • Courses/Digital Products: refund within 3 days if less than 20% accessed
  • Subscriptions: cancel at least 7 days before next billing cycle

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect all users and facilitators
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality where required

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and branding remain the exclusive property of Zentelligence Pty Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zentelligence harmless from claims arising from misuse of services, breach of terms, or reliance on information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 3 months for the relevant service

We may reference third-party services. We do not assume responsibility for third-party content or transactions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first attempt mediation before formal proceedings.
