AI Operating System Intensive

Operate by Design.

A five-hour group workshop for business operators, owners, and leaders who want to understand AI, use it with greater confidence, and reduce recurring effort in their business. A$697.

Monday, 16 November 2026. 10:00am to 3:00pm AEDT. Online.

Understand what makes AI useful

Knowing why an approach works gives you a basis for deciding when to use it.

I pull back the curtain on AI, starting with its machine-learning roots and connecting those foundations to practical choices. We explore how to give useful direction, assess results, and recognise opportunities in your business.

The aim is confidence to experiment and create, supported by an understanding of what you are asking AI to do.

Make the benefit repeat

AI can help produce an email or a document. It can also help create a reusable way to handle a recurring need.

Consider turning a document into an on-brand PDF. Formatting one document saves time once. Establishing a reliable conversion process can save time on each subsequent document. Improve its formatting rules, and that correction carries forward too.

This is the flywheel: effort invested in a reusable capability amplifies what you can accomplish, with less repeated intervention from you.

Your role is to identify the need, describe what useful looks like, direct AI, and judge the result.

What you will explore

  • The foundations of AI and what they mean for everyday use.
  • How to recognise recurring effort worth reducing.
  • How to describe outcomes, context, and quality criteria.
  • How reusable capabilities can deliver value across repeated tasks.
  • How to review results and retain useful corrections.
  • Where to begin experimenting in your own circumstances.

ContextOS provides an example of a shared foundation for these capabilities: a system for systems. The business outcome gives the technology its purpose.

What is included

  • Five hours of live group guidance with me.
  • A session workbook with practical exercises, reflection questions, and reference notes.
  • ContextOS and preparation instructions ahead of the session.
  • The workshop companion, included with registration, for the session’s supporting material.

Who this is for

Business operators, owners, and leaders who want to be more productive with AI and make informed choices about how to use it.

Bring your questions and an activity in your business that takes repeated effort. The session connects explanation and demonstration with practical direction for trying something yourself. It assumes some experience using AI services. A completed system is not a prerequisite for a useful learning experience.

From understanding to experimentation

We connect foundational explanation with demonstrations of productive applications, then explore how to direct AI and review the result.

The emphasis is on recognising opportunities in your circumstances and gaining enough understanding to begin. Attendees bring different challenges; examples provide a shared way to examine the principles.

At the end, we reflect on your next step. You are invited to express interest in the AI Operating System Build if you would like support over a 90-day engagement.

Preparation and supporting material

Your registration includes a separate workshop companion with structured lessons for preparation, participation, and continued application. The AI Operating System course is an independent self-paced course; you do not need to purchase or complete it to attend, and some of its ground is covered again here deliberately, since the same understanding lands differently in a live group setting.

Registration instructions provide the technical preparation needed for participation. The setup is being simplified to minimise the time required.

Demonstrations use Claude Desktop or ChatGPT Desktop, with emphasis adapted to attendees and their questions. Obsidian is optional. The ContextOS suite (plugin, MCP server, and web server) is recommended. Video is encouraged but not required.

About Peter Johnson

Peter is the founder of Zentelligence and the creator of the HumanAI framework. His background combines technology leadership with hands-on AI development and the design of the ContextOS foundation used in this workshop.

His approach starts with the operating question: what should AI do, what context does it need, and where should human judgement remain? The technology follows those decisions.

Common questions

Will I leave with a complete marketing or automation system?

The Intensive develops foundational understanding, confidence, and practical direction for experimenting in your business. A complete marketing or automation system would require scope and implementation beyond that promise.

Do I need both Claude Desktop and ChatGPT Desktop?

No. Choose the one you intend to use. The principles apply across both; the setup steps and interface differ.

What is ContextOS?

ContextOS is Zentelligence’s implementation of the shared foundation: the plugin, MCP server, and web server work with your knowledge vault to connect instructions, stored context, execution, and usable views. The self-paced course guides you to a functioning setup; the workshop connects the foundation to productive applications.

Is the session recorded?

No. The Intensive is live-only, with no replay. The workbook and included workshop companion support continued application after the session.

What if I cannot attend?

Please register only if you can attend the five-hour session on Monday, 16 November 2026 and complete the preparation. You can cancel before the session for a full refund.

What is the guarantee?

Complete the pre-session setup and attend the Intensive. If you have not received real value by day 30 after the workshop, request a refund through contact and you will be refunded in full. A reason is appreciated but not required.

What comes afterwards?

Continue experimenting independently. At the close, you are invited to express interest in the AI Operating System Build for support over 90 days.
